2. Registration & User Obligations
- To use the Site, you must register and create a Member profile. You agree to provide accurate, true, and complete information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of marriage under Indian law).
- You agree not to post or transmit any false, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringing content.

3. Verification & Use of Profiles

- You are solely responsible for verifying the identity, character, and suitability of any Member before engaging further.
4. Premium Services & Payment
- DhakadVivah.com may offer paid membership plans with additional benefits such as more contact views, direct messaging, or profile boosts.
- Fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and must be paid through accepted online payment methods.
- All payments are non-refundable, except in cases covered by our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features with prior notice.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
- Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments).
- You may cancel your premium plan at any time, but cancellation will not entitle you to a refund for the remaining term.
