2. Membership Payments
- All payments made for Premium or Paid Membership Plans are considered final and non-refundable once the plan is activated.
- Payments are collected in Indian Rupees (₹) via secure online gateways.
- By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have read and understood the features and agree to the pricing and terms before making payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only processed under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If the same transaction is accidentally charged twice due to a technical error.
- Payment Failure: If payment was deducted but the plan or features were not activated on your account.
- Service Non-Delivery: If a promised premium feature is not delivered due to a verified system fault on DhakadVivah’s side.
- In all cases, refund requests must be supported with a valid transaction ID, payment receipt, and user account details.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- User changes mind after purchase.
- User has partially or fully used the premium services.
- Profile was suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
- Lack of matches, responses, or marriage outcomes (as matchmaking success is not guaranteed).
- Technical or connectivity issues on the user’s end (e.g., internet problems, browser incompatibility).
5. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your premium membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops further renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
- Free members may delete their profile anytime without any cancellation charge.
6. Refund Process
- If your refund request is eligible, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
- The refund process timeline may vary based on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway policies.
- All approved refunds are subject to standard transaction or processing charges, which may be deducted from the refund amount.
