1. Nagar Dhakad

• Known for strong social leadership and organization.

• Historically settled in regions near cities (Nagars).

2. Malav Dhakad

• Belong to the Malwa region (Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan).

• Known for agriculture, bravery and martial tradition.

3. Kirad Dhakad

• Known for hardworking agricultural skills and simplicity.

• Spread across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

Subcaste Relationship

There is inter-marriage and Roti–Beti (food and matrimonial) relations among all three groups.
All three subgroups worship Lord Balram / Dharanidhar / Haladhar as their Kuldev (family deity).
